ASB employees processed invoices and other documents manually and entered them into individual systems separately. With such a high volume of documents to process, this placed high demands on employee performance, which led to a high error rate.

Thanks to the introduction of the Docu-X system, we at ASB have accelerated and streamlined all processes related to entering and approving documents in the Helios system.

After receipt, the invoice passes through three systems while remaining stored in one place. Communication can be tracked via the documents, and all modifications are made in one place. We enter documents into the system four times faster than if it were done manually. This allows us to guarantee our customers that their documents will be processed within 48 hours of being sent by the sender, which gives us a huge competitive advantage.
